This system will also allow real time performance information about each vehicle, bus health status information and will provide analysis and reporting tools that will help ensure the efficiency of the BRT fleet. The total cost of the services is $780 a year per bus for a total of $93,600 for the 12 year period. POSSESSION AND USE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH WSDOT FOR C- TRAN S FOURTH PLAIN BUS RAPID TRANSIT (BRT) PROJECT, STAFF REPORT #15-076 The Fourth Plain Bus Rapid Transit project (BRT), The Vine, will be relocating the Vancouver Mall Transit Center from the north side of Westfield Vancouver Mall to the south side. As part of the construction of the new transit center, C-TRAN will be moving the current ring road further south, on property currently owned by the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT). While C-TRAN continues to negotiate a fee transfer with WSDOT, it has become apparent it could take a number of months before an agreement and transfer can be completed, which would negatively impact the current construction schedule.
