In accordance with the bylaws of the Wisconsin Federation of Republican Women (WFRW) {Article IX., sec. 1}, I Charlotte Rasmussen, President of the Wisconsin Federation of Republican Women, hereby issues the Official Call to the Wisconsin Federation of Republican Women s 39th Biennial Convention and requests that the delegated representatives of the members of the WFRW present themselves for the Convention on November 3 4, 2017 in Neenah Wisconsin. This is the Call to the pre-convention Board of Director s meetings on November 3, 2017. The agenda will include such business as should properly be conducted by the delegates, including election of officers for the 2018 2019 term, proposed bylaw amendments and resolutions, and additional business appropriate for consideration. The Convention will feature workshops, exciting speakers and networking events. The Convention will provide an excellent forum to review our achievements and to look ahead to new opportunities. The banquet is semi-formal attire. We are offering a variety of participation levels to accommodate your schedule and interests. Guests follow the same registration schedule and procedure as full Convention registrants.
