(Representatives DUNBAR, SAYLOR, REESE and others) -- Health, March 7, 09 This bill amends the Human Services Code to eliminate the general assistance cash benefit program. 9 087 LABOR & INDUSTRY BILLS An Act amending the act of November 0, 999 (P.L.9, No.5), known as the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act, in adoption and enforcement by municipalities, further providing for administration and enforcement. (Representatives HEFFLEY, GREINER, RYAN and others) -- Labor & Industry, March 7, 09 This bill amends the PA Construction Code Act to require that municipalities, which opt to enforce to Uniform Construction Code (UCC) by utilizing third-party agencies, have at least two or more contracted for UCC administration. 785 856 An Act amending the act of July, 970 (P.L.56, No.95), known as the Public Employe Relations Act, further providing for definitions; in employee rights, providing for payments to employee organizations; and making related repeals. (Representatives KLUNK, RYAN, MOUL and others) -- Labor & Industry, March 0, 09 This bill amends the Public Employe Relations Act to require specific disclosure of employee rights; repeals unenforceable laws related to fair share fees.
