Our District is conducting a Health and Hunger program to fill an "ark" with animals for Heifer International. Heifer Intl. reaches out to those in need around the world by providing a sustaining gift of livestock to a family. A goat can provide milk for a family or a chicken can provide eggs. When the animal has offspring the family then passes on the offspring to another family in need. The District's Goal is to send an "ark-load" of animals to needy families. Table tents will be set up at Suburban throughout the month of December and envelopes will be provided for donations. Any questions- please contact District Health and Hunger Chair, Zoe Baumel at zbaumel@pjmorgan.com or 397-7775. Need a Make-up? ATTENDANCE at Suburban Rotary needs to be at 50% of the meetings. Make-ups also count. Have you checked this out? If you sometimes find it hard to attend a make-up meeting locally or while out of town, check out the option and opportunity of making up a Rotary meeting 24/7 via the internet. You will find this information at http://www.rotaryeclubone.org for more information. Check your attendance status anytime on our website.
