Davis County Annex Building in Meridian, Mississippi, with the following members present: Mr. Joe Norwood, President of the Board and Supervisor of District Four, Mr. Hank Florey, Supervisor of District One, Mr. Wayman Newell, Supervisor of District Two, Mr. Josh Todd, Supervisor of District Three, and Mr. Kyle Rutledge, Supervisor of District Five. Also present were Ms. Carolyn Mooney, Chancery Clerk and Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Mr. Joe McCraney, County Administrator, Mr. Harris Wilder, Road Manager, and Mr. Rick Barry, Board Attorney. Sheriff Billy Sollie called the December 2012 meeting to order. Prayer was offered by Board President Joe Norwood. States of America. County Administrator Joe McCraney submitted for inclusion in the minutes financing quotes for Dura Patcher from Trustmark National Bank and Bancorp South Bank; and a motion by Supervisor Josh Todd, seconded by Supervisor Hank Florey, to approve his recommendation to accept Trustmark's quote of 1.84% interest for five 5 years and the estimated bi-monthly payment amount for this term of $5,165.97, was passed Chancery Clerk Carolyn Mooney submitted for inclusion in the minutes public notice, as posted on the bulletin board on the first floor of the Raymond P. Davis County Annex Building, advising of the date and time of this meeting, pursuant to Section 25-41-13, Mississippi Code of 1972. He will travel in a county vehicle; hotel 5 nights at $82.00 plus tax plus parking expenses per night; tuition of $525.00 and per diem $46.00 per five 5 days - $230.00. The motion was passed A motion by Supervisor Hank Florey, seconded by Supervisor Kyle Rutledge, to renew Janitorial Contract for one 1 year with Total Maintenance Solutions TMS at a cost of $6,025.00 per month, was passed on a vote of four 4 to zero 0. Cost includes mileage and per diem.
