2014 Spring Plant Sale Spring 2014 Sale January 27 February 28 Pick up March 6-7 Berry Plants, Fruit Trees, Shade Trees, Flowering trees Program Prioritization & Staffing Plan What has happened so far: Kick off at the State Extension Conference in November 2013 14 Listening sessions held in November and December 2013. 2,000+ participated Visioning Team met January 21-23 to organize and review data from the listening sessions. What is happing next: Visioning Team is meeting February 18-20 to begin developing proposed strategies Visioning Team will meet in March and April to refine and focus the new strategic plan 4
