It is further recommended that Council waive the requirement for Site Plan Control for this subject property as it willhave limited value for the proper development of this lot. 69-2018 Application for Zoning By-law Amendment for Part Lot 1, Concession 6, being Part 1 of Plan 13R9255, Geographic Township of Hinchinbrooke, Township of Central Frontenac.
