Business Spotlight The Caldwell County Republican Party, a member of the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce, celebrated the opening of its headquarters with a ribbon cutting ceremony Sept. 4th. The office is located at 113 San Antonio St. Office hours in September are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
