Our judge is artist Jesse Kaufman, a resident of Cookeville with a fifty-year background in both commercial and fine art. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!! STUDIO USE: REGULAR HOURS: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM The Studio may be used during any time period that no classes or meetings are scheduled. Studio use is FREE to members and $5.00 for non-members. There is no scheduled teacher to help you with your project, but feel free to get your friends together for fun & art in the studio. SATURDAY, OCTOBER 7 HIT THE TRAILS "Hit the Trails" event will be on Saturday, October 7 from 10AM-2PM at Mirror Lake. Remember, we have the most beautiful trail in FFG. ANNUAL SCARECROW FESTIVAL: The Art Guild will be participating in the fourth Annual Crossville Scarecrow Festival to benefit Alzheimer's Tennessee, Inc. on Saturday, October 14, from 10 AM to 2 PM. This year the festival will include a "Quarter War, in which the scarecrow receiving the most quarters will receive special recognition. We need for all PCAC members, friends, neighbors, etc to bring their quarters and help our artist scarecrow win! There is tons of new fun going on so keep up by reading the Arti and the web site www.theartguildatfairfieldglade.net OUR BOOKKEEPER COULD USE SOME HELP: Dawn Robb, Bookkeeper/Treasurer, is looking for someone to back her up with the bookkeeping. Knowledge of Quickbooks is helpful. See Dawn if interested. OUTREACH COORDINATORS: CHILDREN S OUTREACH: We had our first Homeschool Art Class in September and had a great group of 11 children. The most we have had for a while. Looking forward to next month with Encar Jovellar teaching.
