Mayor Lawrence stated the Pixius option seemed the least expensive to gauge the citizens interest. Staff will work towards temporarily offering service in Central Park during Greater Andover Days. Mayor Lawrence commented the city s mill levy had remained flat for the last twelve to fourteen (12-14) years and the property tax-lid is going to hinder any future growth.
