The Planning Commissioner recommended approval at their meeting November 25, 2009, with the following condition: 1. The Planning Commission shall review the site in one year. Conditional Use Permit for Jake Busse Conditional Use Permit for Jake Busse of Minnesota Renewable Energies of Glencoe, MN on behalf of Ann Zivkovich for an 80 kilowatt, 80 foot tall electrical wind turbine located in Section 31 of Acoma Township. Acoma Township Board recommended approval at their meeting November 12, 2009. The Planning Commission recommended approval at their meeting November 25, 2009 with the following conditions: 1. The wind generator shall be a minimum of 100 feet from the river. 2. The Solid Waste Advisory Committee recommended placing the reimbursement on the 2009 Special Funding budget. This is in the budget. * Consider proceeding with approximately 250 feet of tiling and ditch work within the railroad right-of-way with the assistance of the Highway Department for a $30 permit fee. This item was not in the budget. * Consider a three percent 2010 wage increase for West Central Industries, of Willmar, MN, who provide the contracted labor force for the Material Recovery Facility sort line. This was not in the budget. * Consider a warranty contract between Honeywell, Inc. and McLeod County for the surveillance cameras and access control approved for purchase and installation by the County Board February 17, 2009. * Consider a warranty contract between Honeywell, Inc. and McLeod County for the Web Thermostat program approved for purchase and installation by the County Board August 4, 2009. * 10 9:40 HONEYWELL BUILDING SOLUTIONS John Grad, Business Development Consider Honeywell Building Solutions three year maintenance agreement for equipment listed in the November 30, 2009 proposal for $47,963. * 11 10:00 PLANNING AND ZONING Zoning Administrator Larry Gasow Conditional Use Permit for Nicholas and Anna Molnau * Consider a Conditional Use Permit, after the fact, for a 24 foot by 24 foot addition onto an existing accessory structure greater than 2,000 square feet on a parcel less than 10 acres located in Section 27 of Bergen Township. Commission recommended approval with a four to one vote with the following conditions: 1. A septic system permit must be received by August 1, 2010. 2. The applicant shall address the gutter drainage in addition to a holding tank or septic system by August 1, 2010. 3. No exterior storage of trucks and equipment shall be allowed. 4. The County Environmentalist shall be notified by the applicant prior to putting any trucks into the shed. 5. A pumping agreement with a licensed pumper must be received prior to storage of a truck inside the shed and/or by the December 22, 2009, County Board meeting. 6.
