Closed Session 7.1 Move into Closed Session Motion CW-30-2016 Moved by Councillor Pennell Seconded by Mayor Quaiff THAT Committee now move into closed session to consider: A report of the Corporate Services and Finance Commission regarding the commencement of negotiations for the use of municipal property and potential litigation (pursuant to Section 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act). Committee resumed sitting in open session at 3:30 p.m. with all members present, excepting Councillors Fox, O Brien and Roberts.
