The Plan has been adopted by Rancho Cordova. The City of Sacramento s Planning Commission will review the Plan on October 9; the Sacramento City Council on November 6, and then to the state legislature possibly in January. We are moving forward on the assessment project; we are waiting until after the elections, but until the election we are doing groundwork. We are putting out a Request For Qualification for an engineering report, and gathering ideas for projects that are in the American River Parkway Plan and the Dangermond report. Reports have been sent once again to the cities of Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, and Folsom, and we will be prioritizing our list of County projects so that we will have various projects to go forward if the Board of Supervisors decides to do the election for the assessment.
