CITY OF COLTON Development Services Department Memorandum DATE: May 8, 2018 TO: FROM: Planning Commission Mark Tomich, Director SUBJECT: Roquet Ranch Tentative Tract Map No. 19983 (DAP-001-228) On April 10, 2018, the Planning Commission opened the public hearing on Tentative Tract Map No. 19983 and continued the hearing to May 8, 2018 for further discussion and action by the Commission. However, the applicant has since requested another continuance in the public hearing as he would prefer that the Tentative Tract Map be approved following action on the Roquet Ranch Specific Plan by the City Council; currently scheduled for May 15, 2018. Therefore, staff is requesting that the public hearing remain open and be continued without discussion to June 12, 2018.
