BYLAWS Bylaws are passed by a simple majority affirmative vote unless otherwise noted. 6. Proposed Building Bylaw No. 4400, 2004, Amendment Bylaw No. 4961, 2018 (Energy Step Code Implementation) (File: 1610-20-4961) The proposed bylaw received first, second, and third reading at the January 22, 2018 Council meeting. THAT proposed Building Bylaw No. 4400, 2004, Amendment Bylaw No. 4961, 2018 be adopted. 7.
