REPORTS 5. Official Community Plan Review: Preparation of a Draft Plan (File: 2517-02) Presentation to be provided. THAT 1. the report titled Official Community Plan Review: Preparation of a Draft Plan dated January 18, 2018 and the Phase 3 Public Engagement Summary attached as Appendix A to this report be received for information; 2. staff prepare and release a Draft Official Community Plan for public review and feedback as described in the report; and 3. staff report back to Council with engagement findings and recommendations for proceeding to formal Council consideration of a Proposed Official Community Plan Bylaw in accordance with the legislative authority. BYLAWS Bylaws are passed by a simple majority affirmative vote unless otherwise noted. 6.
