Mayor BIETER announced that this was the time and place set for Reasons for Decision regarding CUP /Appeal/Scott Gray/7 Unit Infill PUD. Hal Simmons, Planning and Development Services, Moved by JORDAN and seconded by EBERLE that Reasons for Decision regarding CUP /Appeal/Scott Gray/7 Unit Infill PUD be approved. YEAS: BISTERFELDT, CLEGG, EBERLE, JORDAN, and SHEALY. TIBBS abstained. Mayor BIETER announced that this was the time and place set for Decision regarding CAR /Zoning Ordinance Amendment/Capital City Development Corporation.
