GOLDEN GATE PARK STABLES LEASE APPROVAL OF THIRD AMENDMENT TO EXISITNG LEASE Discussion and possible action to approve a Third Amendment to the existing Golden Gate Park Stables Lease to amend specific sections and to add general provision required by City Law. GOLDEN GATE PARK STABLES APPROVAL OF INCREASE IN PUBLIC FEES FOR LESSONS, TRAIL RIDES AND OTHER SERVICES Discussion and possible action to approve an increase in public fees for lessons, trail rides, and other services at the Golden Gate Park Stables, effective March 1, G. TUCKER/RUTLAND FACILITY APPROVAL OF LEASE AGREEMENT WITH VISITACION VALLEY COMMUNITY CENTER, INC. FOR USE OF FACILITY FOR A CHILDCARE CENTER Discussion and possible action to approve a Lease Agreement between the Visitacion Valley Community Center, Inc. and the Recreation and Park Department to operate a childcare program at the Tucker/Rutland location. MISSION DISTRICT NEW PARK AT 23 RD STREET AND TREAT AVENUE APPROVAL OF REVISED CONCEPTUAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN Discussion and possible action to approve a revised conceptual improvement plan for the Mission District new park at 23 rd Street and Treat Avenue. 7. CROCKER AMAZON PLAYGROUND - SKATEPARK APPROVAL OF AWARD OF CONTRACT TO ANGOTTI & REILLY IN THE AMOUNT OF $393, Discussion and possible action to approve the award of contract to Angotti & Reilly in the Amount of $393, for construction of a skatepark. 8. DUBOCE PARK APPROVAL TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR A $25, STATE GRANT FUND TO BE USED FOR INSTALLING RUBBER SURFACING MADE FROM RECYCLED TIRES Discussion and possible approval to submit an application for a $25, State grant fund to be used for installing surfacing made from recycled tires. 9. RECREATION AND PARK DEPARMENT APPROVAL OF FY BUDGET Discussion and possible action to approve the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department s budget for FY SAN FRANCISCO FORTY NINERS APPROVAL OF FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE TOLLING AGREEMENT REGARDING THE ARBITRATION PROVISION OF STADIUM LEASE AND ACCEPTANCE OF LATE NOTICE OF FORTY NINERS INTENT TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT TO SELL STADIUM NAMING RIGHTS Discussion and possible action to approve a First Amendment to the Tolling Agreement regarding the Arbitration Provision of Stadium Lease ( Tolling Agreement ) betwwen the City and County of San Francisco and San Francisco Forty Niners, and to accept late notice of the Forty Niners intent to extend the Agreement to Sell Stadium Naming Rights ( Naming Rights Agreement ). 11. EMBARCADERO PLAZA II SOUTH FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT SHADOW IMPACT FROM THE PROPOSED MISSION-STEUART HOTEL Discussion and possible action to consider a finding of no significant shadow impact on Embarcadero Plaza II South from the proposed Mission-Steuart Hotel development. 12.
