Here are my notes so far: Superintendent s annual report July 2002; Annual report. 2003/ /06. [ladoc created 11/06 because this narrative review of dept of ed. Covers same years as AFSR so needs to be separate. It is different from the BESE annual report E 2.1:] I had hoped to have all this decided for this list but it is not. You should hold this until the Nov. MSL which will probably have a new catalog record and LaDoc no. Sorry for this unresolved situation. This note is repeated in the entry in this MSL. Ferol A wonderful thing happened this month. Mary Linn Wernet, gov docs librarian and our agency liaison at Northwestern, submitted 1 copy of the student yearbook going back to These had never been in the depository program before. Some universities willing submit their yearbooks while a few just refuse to because these are fundraisers. Yearbooks are state docs and we are so pleased to have the La Pirogue editions thanks to Mary Linn s efforts. Mary Linn also found copies of many issues of Argus, the NSULA literary journal. Some of you will only get a scattered year or two of the old issues. We hope to begin receiving the full number of copies of new issues. The La Dept of Economic Development, now known as Louisiana Economic Development, has an e-only publication titled LED BusinessWire. Even though they refer to it on their website as a newsletter, each issue is just one press release-type announcement. I have decided these are not official state docs but you can sign up to get them by if you want them. They are listed under Recent News at You do not have to put in a tax code. LED has been changing its website recently so it may be different when you go there. The Louisiana Recovery Authority was established by executive order of the Governor, Oct 15, within the Military Department, Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. Created LaDoc 4/13/ /06: I am using this no. for LaSpeaks too: Through the LRA Support Foundation, the LRA is working with a team of top national and local experts through a longterm community planning initiative, known as Louisiana Speaks, to lead this unprecedented effort. 2 Louisiana Environmental Inventory Report, Dept. of Environmental Quality, NR 200.2: To/date. Agency said: Due to budget constraints and staff reductions, the Toxics Release Inventory (a.k.a. Louisiana environmental inventory report) will no longer be available in print, becoming electronic-only. The report is accessible only through DEQ's website at +Collection%2fTRI%2f2004+TRI+Summary+Report.doc. We have finally figured out the correct dating on this item which we have been listing wrong. The 3 copies are distributed to the State Library, LSU-BR and LaTech. The Jan MSL had July 2005/June 2006; it should have been 1st Qtr (July/Sept 2005). The March MSL had July 2005/Dec. 2006; it should have been 2nd Qtr (Oct/Dec 2005). This Oct MSL has 3 rd Qtr (Jan/March 2006) and 4 th Qtr (April/June 2006). However LSU-BR and LaTech received 3 rd Qtr (Jan/March 2006) in their Sept. shipment. Dept. of Wildlife & Fisheries, Office of Management and Finance, Socioeconomic Research and Development Section has been assigned CoW 13. New studies in the SRD series will be classified here. At least 5 older studies were assigned CoW 1.8s: SRD/#/date. These can remain there or moved to the new LaDoc number. An example: CoW 1.8s: SRD #/date Economic impact study,.
