MOTION June 17, 2016, Minutes Motion to approve minutes from June 17, 2016, TCDLEI Board Meeting held in San Antonio made by Clay Steadman, seconded by Shirley Baccus-Lobel motion carries. Staff Report, Joseph Martinez Joseph appreciates TCDLEI s support and looks forward to working with everyone this upcoming year. Financial Report, Jaime Gonzales Jaime gave an overview for FY16 through June 30, We met FY16 public support for donations. ercentage for public support increases for FY17. We are just started the year as of September 1st. Recognition of Donations Lance Evans Donations received from 5/15/2016-8/15/2016 Comanche Club $3,540 Fellows $1,575 Super Fellows $1,520 TCTC Alumni $450 Scholarships $1, Charles Butts $0 Total $8, TCDLEI Board Meeting Minutes
3 We will run an ad in the Voice and try to market for the Charles Butts donations. Merchandise, Melissa Schank TCDLEI merchandise sales for FY16 was $20, we met budget. Old and New Business Update on Investment Account, Frank Suhr, Clay Steadman, Jaime Gonzales We made money this year. We will continue to monitor. Sale of roperties, David Guinn roperty will be gifted to the Grace Campus, who feed the homeless. Should be complete by November Fundraising, David Guinn No report at this time. Bylaws Committee, David Guinn No report at this time. Grant Committee, Clay Steadman, Jaime Gonzales, Andrea Keilen Clay will speak with Andrea to see what other grants are available. Long Range lanning Committee, Lance Evans Lance would like to revise. Shirley and Joseph will be on the committee. Lance will the board to add additional committee members. Next Board Meeting Next meeting will be in San Antonio on December 3, Hotel information will be sent soon.
