4 Main Motion: Be it resolved that the August 30 th minutes be ratified Moved: Kathryn LeBlanc Seconded: Hadi Wess Resolution: Carries Executive Updates Kathryn LeBlanc Vice President Services and Communications Our social media reach for 101 Week was great (50k reach on both Facebook and Instagram is good for such small accounts). We're hitting 300 new likes on the Facebook page per week when we are operating at our highest level. I am scaling up our engagement on the 5 social media accounts I ve been using to all 30 accounts in this organization Marketing hiring is done except for the full-time graphic and web designer The new Communications Director is hired The Services Coord is hired. My services are fully hired. Foot Patrol crushed 101 week with 2 employees. Sustainability is planning their campaigns and farmers market. Peer Help is off to a great start with their programming. The Bike Coop has been giving feedback about considering that they are logistics-heavy whenever we make decisions about them. They have recently had some successful bike programming. The Food Bank is off to a great start with a lot of events and fundraisers planned. For ELE, I have been making PR pitches, making a media list, assisting staff to make videos, and enforcing our branding standards. I am also writing some of the content. I used to not have access to their accounts, but now I do. We did a lot of media on naloxone. Hadi did the interviews.

5 We are looking at bolstering our brand guide and adding more details. I am willing to help different student groups with pro bono consulting about their digital engagement. I am working on adding a surveying functionality to the website.
