24 ARKANSAS POLLUTION CONTROL AND ECOLOGY COMMISSION LOCATION-SUBJECT Ado~tion of Revisions to Regulation No. 3, Licensing of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators DOCKET NO R MINUTE ORDER NO PAGE 1 OF 1 On October 26,2007, the Commission granted the Department's petition to initiate rulemaking to amend Regulation No. 3, Licensing of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators. A public hearing was held on December 17,2007 in North Little Rock. Based on the comments received, ADEQ has revised the proposed changes. All revisions are a logical outgrowth of the proposed rulemaking and do not require an additional public notice and comment period. IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED: 1. That the proposed rule, as revised based on the public comments is adopted. 2. That the ADEQ staff is directed to make these changes to Regulation No. 3.
