We ask that comments be limited to three (3) minutes and encourage the use of a single spokesperson for a group of residents sharing comments regarding a common topic. We request that your public comments focus on issues or policies and not people. The Board s intention is to listen to the ideas, concerns, and thoughts of its constituents, however, the Board may choose not to respond immediately if they have not yet taken a position on a particular topic. Please do not take this as a sign of disinterest and know that the Board values the public s input and feedback. On Thursday, December 15, 2016 there was an Executive Session held at 6:00pm to handle a student disciplinary matter. On Tuesday, January 10, 2017 there was an Executive Session held at 6:00pm to discuss personnel and legal matters. These changes will set the compensation rate for tax collectors for 4 years beginning with the 2018 term and running concurrently through the 2021 term. FACILITITES USAGE REQUESTS Attachment #15 Move to approve the following facilities usage requests pending insurance and waiving rental fees: Albert Mabus, on behalf of the Warrior Run Mat Club, is requesting use of the Middle School Cafeteria, Middle School Gymnasium, and the High School Gymnasium on Sunday, March 19, 2017 from 6:30am 4:30pm to hold the WR Challenge Tournament, on March 26, 2017 from 6:00am 5:00pm to hold MAWA District Wrestling Tournament, and to set up on Saturday, March 25, 2017 from 12:00pm to 8:00pm. Additional dates added to this item at the board meeting: Saturday January 28, 2017 and Sunday February 12, Jane Mertz, on behalf of the Kiwanis Club of Milton/Warrior Run, is requesting use of the Turbotville Cafeteria on February 19, 2017 from 5:00-8:30pm to hold a Daddy Daughter Dance for students in grades K-4.

DIRECTOR S COMMENTS Jennifer Meule announced the dates for the Middle School Musical-Aladdin on February 2 nd, 3 rd, and 4 th and encouraged everyone to attend. 19.
