4 Amendments to the Constitution Section 6 MEMBERSHIP Player Life Member Any person over the age of eighteen years who plays 150 senior games while a financial member, shall be qualified as a Player Life Member. A Player Life Member shall be entitled to all privileges and shall be subject to all the duties of a member including having to pay any annual membership subscription. Section 9 GENERAL MEETINGS The Annual General Meeting of the Club shall be held on or before the 15 th day of November in each year. The Financial Year of the Club shall be from 1 st October to the 30 th September of the following year The Annual General Meeting of the Club shall be held on or before the 15 th day of November in each year. Section 11 COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT Save and except that these members of the Committee of Management who were elected at the 1978 Annual General Meeting of the Club shall, subject to the provisions of this Constitution, remain in office until the next succeeding Annual General Meeting and further subject to this Constitution the management and control of the Club shall be vested in a Committee of Management comprising: i. The, ii. The Vice, iii. The Secretary, iv. The Assistant Secretary, v. The Treasurer, and vi. Four other members. All of whom shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Club in each year.

5 Save and except that these members of the Committee of Management who were elected at the previous Annual General Meeting of the Club shall, subject to the provisions of this Constitution, remain in office until the next succeeding Annual General Meeting and further subject to this Constitution the management and control of the Club shall be vested in a Committee of Management comprising: ii. The, iii. The Vice, iv. The Secretary, v. The Treasurer, vi. The Junior, and vii. Minimum of FIVE other elected members and a maximum of FIFTEEN other elected members. viii. Committee will consist of no more than 20 elected members. All of whom shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting of the Club in each year. Section 19 NOTICES Notices required to be given by a member of the Club or of the Committee under this Constitution shall be deemed given if sent by post to the address of that member as stated in the register of members and shall be deemed effective on that day following such posting. Inadvertent failure by the Secretary to notify any member of the Club or of the Committee of any meeting shall not invalidate proceedings at any such meeting or any resolution thereof. Notices required to be given by a member of the Club or of the Committee under this Constitution shall be deemed effectively communicated if sent to an address provided by the member.
