3 record, my name is Barry Gold. I'm the Director of 0 Government Relations for AARP Nevada. I realize there is very short time left to finish up this open enrollment period. My public comment today is I would like to thank and, I guess, a little bit early congratulate everyone involved with Nevada Health Link who have been involved in making sure Nevadans have access to affordable quality healthcare coverage. And the last thing that I will say is happy holidays. Thank you. Thank you, Barry Gold. And thank you and happy holiday. Always nice to have you with us. Is there any other public comment? Not from Vegas. Not hearing any other comment, 0 north or south, we all have received the minutes from the October th, 0 Board meeting. And the reason for our phone call and possible action today is for approval of the semi-annual Fiscal and Operational Report pursuant to NRS I.0()(b), which will go to the Governor and the Legislature. All of you have received a copy of this in the appropriate time. And we would like to -- at this 0 point, normally what we would do is go ahead and -- everyone should be familiar with it. We would like to make a motion to approve it. And then, of course, after we make a motion, we can have discussion, if there's any.
