Any person not a member of the Board/Committee, desirous of addressing the Board/Committee under public comment on any subject, shall first obtain permission from the Board/Committee Chairperson. All such addresses shall be limited to 5 minutes unless otherwise extended by the Board/Committee Chairperson. (10)(a) Suspending, Changing and Interpreting the Rules. These rules may be suspended by affirmative vote of two-thirds of the members present. The vote on any motion to suspend the rules shall be taken by roll call vote. If you are an individual with a disability and need any accommodations to attend the meeting, as required by the Americans With Disabilities Act, please notify the Marinette County Clerk at at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in order to make suitable arrangements. Call to Order Meeting called to order at 1:03 p.m. by Chairperson Diane Becker. 2. Agenda MOTION (Votis/Schroeder) to approve agenda as presented. Motion carried. No negative vote. Note: Steve Bradford has resigned from the MCIDC board due to no longer being eligible by residency. 3. Minutes MOTION (Sauve/Mattison) to approve the 2 October 2018 minutes as presented. Motion carried. No negative vote. 4. Report on Delinquent Loans No Action. 5. Fund Administrator s Report and Financials No action. 6. Rate Reductions 7. CDBG loans a. MOTION (Mattison/Anderson) to approve adjusted interest rate of 3% effective for December 2018 payment for: Embers 1871, Auntie M s Child Care Center, Lithocrafters, Pelkins Smokey Meats, LLC, P&M Real Properties and Rocci Downs LLC effective December 1, Motion carried. No negative vote. b. MOTION (Lefebvre/Schroeder) to approve returning Décor and Niagara Fabrication to their original interest rate and maintain New Life of Crivitz at its current interest rate. Motion carried. No negative vote. Committee discussed settling CDBG loans with the State of WI. No action. 8. Future agenda items: a. Contract with MCABI b. Settling CDBG 9.
