3 Why we need social economy in Poland? Population affected by poverty or exclusion in the EU regions in 2013 in many Polish regions, a significant risk of poverty and social exclusion is up to 40% but from 2004 each year Poland reduce the number of people living at risk of poverty or social exclusion

4 Why we need social economy in Poland? The rates of households living below the relative poverty line in 2013 the statistical subregions with the highest risk of poverty rates are in the east and southeast of the country

In Poland SE is stimulated with the use of top-down approach, mainly from EU funds (risk of crisis of social economy after financing from the EU will finish)
