2 Dear, My name is Nermina Terzic. I am 29 year old coming from Zagreb, Croatia. In this way, I would like to present myself and share my interest for a job opportunity. At the very beginning, give me the opportunity to share some basic things about my knowledge and experience. I am working for the Croatian Government, in the Ministry of the Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts, in the Office for European and International affairs as a Senior Adviser, from June Previously, I was a Senior Associate for development progress in the Mayor's office and also a Marketing assistant in the Tourist board. So, my scope of interest is very varied and I am curios for many things. But the international relations and multinational companies are my core field. I would like to highlight following. In 2014, I had successfully passed the exam for the Head of financial management and control at the Maestro College. From this Seminar, I get knowledge of the monitoring and evaluation of the complete internal control system, establishing process-oriented organization, risk register compilation and risk assessment, coordination of the internal control programme development and implementation, reporting on the progress and status of the development of financial management and control to the organization upper management. Working in a Ministry is very interesting because of knowledge, approach to international political and economic relations, ability to work outside the country, with foreign embassies and investors. But lately, I need a personal and carrier challenge, and working in a multinational company, international group would be more than enough for me. I know Croatian as native, English and German languages I use every day because of work. I am highly motivated, creative, innovative business graduate with strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills. I am equally adept at performing as a team member, or on an individual basis. I am very interested in international relations, cooperation between countries as well as encourage and promote mutual understanding and lasting partnership between foreign countries. My long term goal is definitely to stay in a sector of finance, diplomacy, development of new technologies and research new markets. I love to work in a team, have good negotiation skills and compromise, organization skills, ambition and leadership responsibilities, work in media, advertising, political development, international affairs, and diplomacy.
