4 SVEEP Activities Plan for Vidhan Sabha Elections : SVEEP Campaign at Various Educations Institutions and other Places in the District Palwal. 2 : Involvement of Anganwadi & Asha Workers. 3 : Daily Oath Ceremony in School Prayers/Assembly Sessions. 4 : To Urge Labourers to cast votes. 5: Awareness Hoardings in the Voters' Catchy Areas under the corporate social responsibility. 6: Incentive Based Awareness Moves by NSS Volunteers. 7: Synchronization with Residents Welfare Associations (RWAs). 8: Voting Appeal by distribution/display of small pamphlets at commercial/public places. 9 : To Reach each household by Pre Recorded Audio Voting Appeals & Voting Appeal Banners on Special Vehicles. 10 : SVEEP through NGOs. 11 : Innovative Use of Local Community Radio Broadcasting Services. 12 : Use of Local Cable TV Services. 13 : Voting Appeal through Bulk SMSs. 14 : Voting Appeal through Welcome Tone on Landline/Mobiles. 15 : Voting Appeal through cultural Events. 16 : Motivational Seminar for Panchayati Raj Institutions & Urban Local Bodies. 17 : Creating Facebook account displaying SVEEP activities carried out in District Palwal. 2

Scope & Agency/IEC/Agency 1 SVEEP Campaign at Various Educations Institutions and other Places in the District Palwal Inspirational sessions are being conducted in more than 50 Educational Institutions like Degree Colleges, Universities, Engineering Colleges, Pharmacy Colleges, Management Colleges etc. to motivate the youngster to use their voting power. Other social gatherings will also be used to spread the message. At various point in rural and urban areas. DEO Principals & Head Teachers to chair & lead such campaigns. Assistant Nodal (SVEEP)

6 Activity. Description of Task. Scope & Agency/IEC/Agency 2 Involvement of Anganwadi & Asha Worker. Motivation & Awareness through Anganwadi Workers & Asha Workers by means of observing pledge ceremony. Whole District PO (ICDS) & CMO Po ICDS Workers & Asha Workers.

Scope & 3 Daily Oath Ceremony in School Prayers/Asse mbly Sessions Students of all Government/Private Schools are being educated about the elections and power of voting. 8 Activity. Description of Task. Scope & 4 To Urge Labourers to cast votes All factories, Brick Klin(Bhatta) Owners, etc to be pushed to make it mandatory for the labourers to cast votes. 10 Activity. Description of Task. Scope & 6 Incentive Based Awareness Moves by NSS Volunteers From the last voting data, small set of probable voters will be allotted to the NSS Volunteers groups. Thrust of these activates will be given in the polling booth areas where the polling rate was lower than the average polling rate in the last elections. To gain the positive results, the volunteers will be given cash incentives, honour on the independence day & other privileges deemed appropriate Till Polling Day XEN(PR) Agency/IEC/Agen cy JD(DIC), LDM, DFSC

Scope & duration 7 Synchronization with Residents Welfare Associations (RWAs) RWAs of the HUDA sector 2 & other Group Housing Societies will be motivated to urge its members to cast votes Till Polling Day M.E & Secretary (MCs) Agency/IEC/Agency XEN(PR) to co-ordinate as Assistant Nodal (SVEEP)

Scope & duration 8 Voting Appeal by distribution/displ ay of small pamphlets at commercial/publ ic places To maximize the reach, Voting pamphlets will be distributed to the masses at banks/railway Stations/Bus Stops/Comercial Complexes/Subzi Mandis & other such places.
