The following services will be provided to the Citizens of Pune Cantonment within the specified time frame as mentioned from the date of submission of request / on completion of all formalities or submission of proper documents or approval of Cantonment Board as required under the Act. In respect of births and deaths occurring in Command Hospital within 40 days from the date of receipt of complete information from Command Hospital.

8 Births and deaths occurring in Cantonment General Hospital within one month of the occurrence of the birth and death. In respect of application received for births / deaths taken place in other hospitals, 20 days from the date of submission of details by the Hospital. Death occurring in Cantonment area. Death Pass to be collected from Cantonment Hospital so that the death is registered with Pune Cantonment Board. Correction of Birth / Death Entries : 20 days. 2. Mutation of Properties. Wherever policy directions are yet to be issued this time limit will not apply. In cases of mutation, NOCs, Lease renewal, the progress would depend whether there are any unauthorized constructions, encroachments, litigations subject to all documents. 3. Sanction of Building Plans. In respect of cases where old sanctioned building plans are not available in the record, where the leases are expired and where sub-division of sites or change of purpose is involved, this time limit will not be applied since the matter has to be referred to the Competent Authority for their directions / opinion. Also where NOC has to be obtained from Competent Authority under section 238 (3) of Cantonments Act, 2006, the time limit cannot be adhered to as the processing is beyond the purview of this office. #########################
