P. 3, Section 34, as amended, authorizes WHEREAS the Planning Councils of Municipalities to pass by- laws to regulate the use of land and the character, location and use of buildings and structures; AND WHEREAS it is considered desirable to amend the City of Timmins Zoning By- law No ; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the City of Timmins enacts as follows:. That Schedule 4 of the City of Timmins Zoning By- law No , as amended, is hereby further amended as it pertains to those lands shown more particularly on Schedule affixed hereto and forming part of this By- law, by placing the said lands into the Residential Third Density ( NA- R3) SP6. 6. 3 PURPOSE AND EFFECT By- law No By-law No has the following purpose and effect: The legal description and size of the land particular to amending By- law No is detailed below. Plan M30S, Lot 8, Parcel 8735WT, Tisdale Township, City of Timmins. The subject land has a frontage of metres ( feet), a depth of metres feet) with an area of 2, square metres ( 3, square feet). The purpose and effect of the Zoning By- law Amendment is to rezone the subject land from Residential Third Density ( NA- R3) to Residential Third Density ( NA- R3) SP6. 6 to recognize the existing single detached residential dwelling, located in the rear yard, for a maximum of two single detached residential dwellings on the subject lands.
