District Judge (North-West) is pleased to offer to you allotment of Chamber on Double occupancy basis inter-alia subject to compliance with other formalities in terms of the Rohini District Courts Lawyer s Chambers (Allotment & Occupancy) Rules, You are hereby called upon to furnish the following documents :- 1. Complete the offer letter and the letter of acceptance duly signed as per the prescribed proforma. 2. Declaration-cum-undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- duly attested by Notary Public. Declaration has to be as per page no.6 of the initial application form. 3. Four recent passport size coloured photographs. 4. Demand draft/bankers cheque of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) towards security deposit in favour of District Judge (North-West), payable at Delhi. 5. Demand draft/banker s cheque of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) towards two months advance payment of license Rs.500/- P.M in favour of District Judge (North-West), payable at Delhi. 6. Demand draft/banker s cheque of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) towards two months advance payment of other charges (in terms of Rule 18) in favour of District Judge (North-West), payable at Delhi. 7. The consent form for co-sharer be also filled as per the proforma and be submitted to the R.C.B.A separately. R.C.B.A shall submit all the consent forms submitted by the applicant stating their co-sharer. You are required to complete the above mentioned formalities within 15 days from the publication of the final list dated (D.K.
