1 RULES & REGULATIONS GOVERNING PARTICIPATION IN BIGG BOSS SEASON - 11 CONTEST ( Rules ) A. CONTEST DESCRIPTION: Bigg Boss Season - 11 Contest is a question based contest ( Contest ). The Contest shall be conducted in English language on the official website of Aapka Colors having URL ( Website ) and is hosted by IndiaCast Media Distribution Pvt. Ltd. and/or its affiliates. Participation in the Contest is absolutely free and no registration fee is charged to the participant in any manner whatsoever by the Company or any other person associated with the Contest. For the purposes of these Rules, Company shall mean IndiaCast Media Distribution Pvt. Ltd. including its affiliates and group companies; and Channel shall mean general entertainment channel as available in the United States of America (USA) under the name and style Aapka Colors. B. RULES OF THE CONTEST: 1. Contest Period: Contest Start Date: October 13, :00 Hrs. EST Contest End Date: November 03, 2017, 23:59 Hrs. EST Participant acknowledges and understands that Company reserves the right to change or suspend and / or cease / discontinue / cancel / change / alter / modify these Rules and / or criteria of the Contest and / or the Prize and/or Contest Period, at any time. 2. To participate in the Contest, you need to visit the Website. The Participant shall be required to enter mandatory details as required in the online form as displayed on the Website and submit correct answer to the Contest questions ( Entries ). The question shall have only one correct answer. C. GENERAL RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST: 1. Contest is open to all legal and valid persons of Indian Origin / overseas citizen of India ( Applicant or Participant or You ) residing in the United States of America ( Territory ), provided they have attained 18 years of age as the start date of the Contest and have necessary travel documents including but not limited to valid visa to enter India. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Contest is not open to employees of the Company and its group & affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising promotional agencies, or any person associated with the organization of the Contest, their respective immediate families, or anyone with whom any of those persons are domiciled. 2. The Participant in Contest is purely voluntary, and that the prize/ gratification(s) will be made available by Company purely on a reasonable effort basis. 3. The Participants shall be responsible to bear the cost charged by their respective network operator or the internet service provider for the usage of the services in connection with participation in this Contest. Company shall, in no circumstances, be responsible to reimburse any such cost incurred by the Participant on account of such participation in the Contest. Any

2 dispute between the operator or service provider shall be settled directly between the Participant and the service provider/operator. 4. Company shall not be responsible in case of any kind of network problem, technical failure whatsoever and/or any other problems which may occur in connection with the Contest. 5. The Participants who has given correct answer to the Contest question and submitted the Entries as per the terms contained herein within the Contest Period, will be eligible to be amongst the pool from which a Participant(s) will be declared a Winner who shall be selected on a random basis by Company ( Winner ). 6. The Winner will be notified by Company or its authorized representatives in the manner as determined by Company. 7. The Participants hereby agrees and undertake that mere announcement/declaration of being announced as Winner shall not entitle them to the Prize. Only upon complying with all terms mentioned herein, to the satisfaction of Company, shall the winning be validated. 8. To claim the Prize, Winner shall be required to furnish / produce copy of his, proof of residence, valid visa, identity and age, and any other particulars and documents as may be requested by the Company for the purposes of delivery of Prize or for any other reasonable reason ( Necessary Information ). The Winner also undertakes to provide requisite document / Necessary Information for its companion. If Winner fails to provide complete Necessary Information for himself/herself along with its companion within 24 hours of intimation, such Winner will be deemed to have waived any and all rights to claim the receipt of the Prize. 9. All entries, including copyright and all other intellectual property rights therein, shall become the sole and exclusive property of the Company. By submitting their entries and disclosing Information, participant and/or Winner and/or its companion agree to assign all such rights to the Company. The Company shall be entitled to use any material and content in the entries and disclosed Information in any manner it may chose, including for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, without reference or compensation to participant and/or the Winner and/or its companion. 10. By submitting the Information, the participant hereby waives all privacy rights and/or any other rights including but not limited to proprietary rights, copyrights, moral rights, etc. and/or any privacy expectations that the participant will have with respect to the use of the Information furnished by participant (if any), on the Website. Company may use the Information for sending out commercial information and/or for other commercial, publicity or promotional purposes, and may also share the same with any other entity that may be associated with Contest. 11. Participants who are declared as Winner hereby additionally agree to permit Company and/or any other entity associated with Contest (collectively referred to as Entities ) may tape and photograph Winner and his/her companion, and record his/her voice, conversation and sounds, including any performance (collectively Recordings ), during and in connection with Contest and Event, and Company shall be the exclusive owner of the results and proceeds of such taping, photography and recording with the right, throughout the world, an unlimited number of times, in perpetuity, to copyright, to use and to license others to use, in any manner, all or any portion thereof or of a reproduction thereof in any manner for whatsoever reason.

Winner further agree that Entities may use and license others to use its / their name, voice, likeness and any biographical material concerning them which they may provide, in any and all media and in the promotion, advertising, sale, publicizing and exploitation of Contest, Bigg- Boss Season 11 and/or otherwise (and ancillary products in connection with the Contest] in connection with Entities, throughout the world in all media, an unlimited number of times and in perpetuity. Winner and its companion further represent that any statements made by them during their appearance / recordings will be true, to the best of their knowledge, and that neither they nor their appearance / recordings will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party. 13. All Information, entries and Recordings are collectively referred to as Material. Participants and Winner hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of Materials pertaining to them (including their Recordings, appearance and of their Information), or the uses to which the same may be put. They acknowledge that Entities will rely on this permission potentially, at substantial costs, and as such, hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature. 14. The participant / Winner of the Contest agrees that it shall hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, the Channel, their employees, officers or any other person in relation to any injury/ damage/ harm/ loss suffered by it in any manner, whatsoever, in connection with the Contest and/or Prize, and that the Participant, shall also not file in person and/or through any family member and/or third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum against the Company or its affiliates or the Channel to claim any damages or relief s or otherwise. 15. The Winner of the Contest will be entitled to receive two tickets (i.e., one for himself / herself and for its companion) to visit the sets of Bigg Boss Season 11 ( Show ) live in Mumbai, India as a gratification ( Prize ). 16. Company will provide a return flight ticket of economy class between New York Mumbai sector, accommodation and food & beverages (non-alcoholic beverages only) for a two nights/three days stay to the Winner and his/her companion as per its internal company policy for the enjoyment of Prize. It is abundantly clarified that, the Prize does not include costs / expenses (by whatever name called) incurred for travel and accommodation (other than those as expressly specified herein), insurance, visa expenses, personal expenses or any other expenditures and that may be incurred by the Winner or his/her companion directly / indirectly in relation to the Prize, that all such costs / expenses shall be solely borne by the Winner themself. The Winner and his/her companion should necessarily have a valid existing visa to visit India. The Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/theft that the participant may suffer during the trip. 17. All decisions relating to selection of Winner and the relating to the number of Winner of the Contest shall solely vest with the Company and all decisions of the Company relating to the same shall be final and binding on the participant. 18. Any and all costs and expenses shall be solely borne by the Winner (including for its companion) and no claims in this regard shall be made to Company. Acceptance/confirmation by the Winner (and for and on behalf of his/her companion) to Company is the express acceptance of all the Rules including but not limited to the acceptance of bearing all the responsibility and other expenses in relation to the enjoyment of the Prize. In case if the Winner does not wish to travel and/or bear other cost, the Winner shall intimate the same to Company or any of its authorized representatives at the time of Company intimating the

4 announcement of prize to the Winner. In such a case, Company shall have a right to select an alternative Winner without any protest from the previous selected Winner. 19. The Company shall not entertain any request with respect to the Prize including but not limited to exchange for money or any other gratification, etc. in lieu of the Prize. 20. The manner of handing over the Prize to the Winner shall be solely decided by the Company. The Company assumes no responsibility for non-receipt of the Prize by the Winner or for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the competition or as a result of accepting the Prize. 21. The Company or its affiliates or the Channel makes no representation as to the quality, suitability or merchantability; extends no guarantee or warranty relating to the Prize. The Company shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage or other consequence whatsoever arising from, suffered or incurred by Winner from or in relation to Prize. The Winner hereby agree that the Winner and/or its companion shall not approach the Company and/or the Channel for any query/ concern/ issues relating to the Prize under any circumstances whatsoever. 22. Participants acknowledge that Company is dependent on third parties to make available specified Prize to Winner, and that Company shall be within its rights to replace / substitute the Prize with any other award / prize (including merchandize) selected by the Company in case the Company is unable to make available specified Prize to Winner. 23. Company reserves the right to disqualify Participants at its sole discretion. It is clarified that, with each new question, Participant shall be required to fill the online form with mandatory details as shown on the Website. The Participant details in the online form for all three questions must match, any variation / deviation from the earlier details will be considered as new entry. 24. The participation in the Contest shall mean that the participant has read, understood, accepted and agrees to abide with all the Rules, as updated from time to time by the Company in its sole discretion. Non-conformance by any participant(s) / Winner of the Rules will disqualify the participant(s)/ Winner immediately. In case a Winner does not comply with the Rules then, the Company reserves its right to announce any other participant (who may have answered the question correctly) as a Winner. The Company also reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend and/or discontinue the Contest or any part thereof without assigning any reason or notice. 25. The participant agrees to abide and fulfil any other terms and conditions that the Company may set out. 26. Company shall not be liable for performance of these Terms and Conditions in the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, acts of the government including any regulation or order of the Government of India or any State Government or any statutory or judicial authority, serious network attack, system error for suspension). 27. The terms of this rules and regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and the competent courts at Mumbai shall have the sole and exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate all disputes that may relate to these Rules or the Contest. In any legal proceedings relating to this Contest, participant(s)/winner/ Winner s companion agree to waive any right

5 it may have to participate in any class, group, or representative proceeding and to waive any right it may have to a trial by jury. * * * * * * * * * *
