1 DECREE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF CULTURE NUMBER 828/F.F6/DN/2013 ON THE INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF INDONESIA TEAM OF EXPERTS THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF CULTURE, Considering : a. that to register and confirm Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia as the nation s cultural wealth, it is necessary to form the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia Team of Experts; b. that based on considerations as mentioned in letter a, it is necessary to enact the Decree of the Directorate General of Culture, on the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia Team of Experts; In the view of : 1. Law Number 19 of 2002 on Copyrights (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2002 Number 85, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4220); 2. Presidential Regulation Number 24 of 2010 on the Position, Duties, and Functions of State Ministries and Organizational Structure, Duties, and Functions of Echelon I of State Ministries as amended by Presidential Regulation Number 56 of 2013 on the Fourth Amendment of Presidential Regulation Number 24 of 2010 on the Position, Duties, and Functions of State Ministries and Organizational Structure, Duties, and Functions of Echelon I of State Ministries; 3. Presidential Regulation Number 47 of 2009 on the Formation and Organization of State Ministries as last amended by Presidential Regulation Number 55 of 2013 on the Fourth Amendment of Presidential Regulation Number 47 of 2009 on the Formation and Organization of State Ministries; 4. Presidential Regulation Number 78 of 2007 on the

Presidential Decree Number 84/P of 2009 on the Formation of the Indonesia Bersatu II Cabinet, as last amended by the Presidential Decree Number 60/P of 2013; 6. Presidential Decree Number 42 of 2002 on Guidelines to Execute the State Budget (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2002 Number 73, Supplement to the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4212), as last amended by the Presidential Decree Number 72 of 2004 on the Amendment of Presidential Decree Number 42 of 2002 on Guidelines to Execute the State Budget (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2004 Number 92); 7. Ministerial Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 1 of 2012 on the Organization and Work Procedures of the (State Report of the Republic of Indonesia of 2012 Number 257); HEREBY DECREE: To enact FIRST SECOND : DECREE OF THE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF CULTURE ON THE INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE OF INDONESIA TEAM OF EXPERTS. : Form the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia Team of Experts as listed in the Annex to this Decree. : The Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia Team of Experts as mentioned in the FIRST dictum has the authority to: a. assess documents proposed as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia by the Cultural Values Conservation Center, Regional Government, and/or community; b. develop and establish working mechanisms; c. classify based on criteria of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia according to Government guidelines; d. request information from the Cultural Values

3 Conservation Center, Regional Government, and/or community that registered the intangible culture; e. verify the proposed intangible culture as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia; and f. recommend intangible culture that has met criteria as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia to authoritized officials; THIRD FOURTH FIFTH : In performing their duties, the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Indonesia Team of Experts are responsible to the Director General of Culture. : Costs that are incurred as a result of the enactment of this Decree will be imposed on the budget of the Directorate General of Culture which is listed within the 2013 Budget Implementation List Documents of the. : This Decree comes into force on its enactment.
