1 Resolution of the Youth Video Internet Bridge Participants "The Development of Cross-Border Cooperation between the Youth of European Border Regions" Novii Sad (Serbia) Kharkov City (Ukraine), November 29, 2014 On November 29, 2014 between Novii Sad City (Serbia) and Kharkiv City (Ukraine), within the framework of Youth forum «New Generation for EU Enlargement», The Task Force of AEBR for external borders and Informational Centre of AEBR at Simon Kuznets KhNEU was held the Youth Video Internet Bridge The Development of Cross- Border Cooperation between the Youth of European Border Regions" was held. The participants of the Youth Video Bridge called for the development of ideas and principles of the Youth Forum «New Generation for EU Enlargement», and also for Contacts Intensification, Initiatives Development and Cooperation Projects Creation between the Youth of the University, Youth Organizations, and Young Specialists of European Border Regions. Cross-Border Cooperation is the a main factor of peace and evolution in Europe. Involving young people in European Border Cooperation will contribute to the development and activation of the Humanities, Economical contacts between European border regions. Recognized experience of the Association of European Border Regions in Border Cooperation Development, results of the Youth Forum «New Generation for EU Enlargement» and the Youth Video Internet Bridge The Development of Cross-Border cooperation between the youth of European Border Regions create conditions for the formation of Communication Platform Implementation of Cross-Border Youth initiatives and projects as a mechanism of Cross-Border Cooperation Development between the Youth of European Border Regions. Organizers and participants of the Youth Video Internet Bridge The Development of Cross-Border Cooperation between the Youth of European Border Regions" called for the Creation of Communication Platform implementation of Cross-Border Youth initiatives and projects of Cross-Border Cooperation Development between the youth of European Border Regions (further Communication Platform), which composite charters are the following:
2 The Task Force of Communication Platform The task Force of Cross-Border Cooperation Development between the youth of European Border Regions is form with the Representatives Students, Post-Graduate Students, Young Scientifics and Lecturers, Universities Specialists, State Officials, Young Employees of European Regions Enterprises and Organizations. Informational Center of AEBR at Simon Kuznets KhNEU, the Task Force of AEBR for External Borders and Youth Forum «New Generation for EU Enlargement» Organizers, within the framework of their competencies promote The Task Force of Communication Platform formation along the axis of Euroregion Cross-Border Cooperation: - Kharkiv City, Ukraine Novii Sad, Serbia countries of Europe Union. Youth Video Internet Bridge "The Development of Cross-Border cooperation between the Youth of European Border Regions" Novii Sad (Serbia) Kharkov City (Ukraine) Youth Video Internet Bridge "The Development of Cross-Border Cooperation between the Youth of European Border Regions" (further Bridge) is an Organizational Mechanism of Communication Platform, implementation of its priority areas of cooperation between youth of European Border Regions and formation of its task force and work groups. Organizers of Bridge the Informational Centre of AEBR at Simon Kuznets KhNEU, The Task Force of AEBR for external borders, Youth Forum «New Generation for EU Enlargement», approve the annual program and subjects of the series of Bridges with Youth Representatives of European Border Regions. Bridge is Constant Current Communication Platform, which is open for joining other European Regions Cities as Equal parties of the Bridge. The full name of the Bridge - Youth Video Internet Bridge "The Development of Cross-Border Cooperation between the Youth of European Border Regions" Novii Sad City (Serbia) Kharkiv City (Ukraine). The Bridge is held by the Decision of the Organizers once a month. The bridge has its own symbols, which are approved by the organizers.
3 Direction of Communication Platform Cooperation Priority Cooperation Directions of Communication Platforms are the following: - - Tourism and Sport as a way to reach out the Youth, Strengthening of Human Security through the Creation of new jobs for Young People, - Culture and the Media in the Development of Cross-Border Cooperation, - Development of Business Cooperation, - Development of Academic Mobility, - Informational Technologies of Social Integration. Organizers and participants of the Bridge determine its theme based on the above priority directions, and may also determine other directions of cooperation between the youth of European Border Regions. Organizational Form of Communication Platform For Realization of Communication Platform directions by the decision of the Bridge organizers and participants the Thematic Working Groups on directions of Communications Group Cooperation. may be established. Working groups consider the ideas and project initiatives, submit them for the consideration by the Bridge organizers and participants, and also Articles. The working groups are working on both a permanent basis and write a voluntary basis. The Working Group Members are the representatives of the task force of European and Regional associations. The Working Groups are accountable to the organizers of the Bridge and they coordinate their activities with them.
4 Register of Ideas, Projects Initiatives and Contacts of Communication Platform Organizers and Participants To form a Data Bank Ideas and Projects Initiatives of Bridge organizers and Participants Communication platform Register of ideas and project initiatives, is located on the information resources of the Bridge Organizers, is created. According to the Bridge results the register of organizers and participants contacts, which is located on the information resources of the organizers of the Bridge Organizers, is created. Participants and organizers of the bridge can provide their ideas in the form of articles, based on the requirements for their design developed by Bridge organizers and taking into account the priorities of Communication Platforms. By decision of the Bridge Organizers in order to present the articles of the task force participants, working group, Bridge organizers issued online edition The Development of Cross-Border cooperation between the Youth of European Border Regions for posting articles on the internet resources of Bridge organizers. By decision of the Bridge organizers the Scientific and Education Council of the Internet publication The Development of Cross-Border cooperation between the Youth of European Border Regions, representing the Internet edition, which includes representatives of the Bridge organizers, and representatives of the European regional associations Bridge Partners is also created. Implementation of Bridge Resolution Bridge organizers AEBR, Task Force of AEBR for external borders, Informational Centre of AEBR at Simon Kuznets KhNEU. The European Center for Peace and Development (ECPD) of the University for Peace, established by the United Nations, Euroregion Nisava, Euroregion Drina, Youth Association of Serbia (OSS) are performers of bridge resolution. Bridge organizers identified Informational Centre of AEBR at Simon Kuznets KhNEU as the Leading Partner and as a Coordinator of Implementation of Bridge Resolution. Bridge Resolution is approved and signed by the representatives of Bridge organizers. Bridge resolution can be signed by the representatives of other European regional associations and partner organizations that share its thesis. Bridge Organizers and Partners help each other in the Implementation of Bridge Resolution.
5 Additions and changes to the Charters of Communication Platform By Decision of the Bridge Organizers may be amended to the Additions and Changes, which are issued by the Bridge Organizers as Separate Protocol Charters of Communication Platform.
