Case Synopsis An edery woman experienced a fa during her stay at a nursing home as she recovered from hip surgery. As ordered by her therapists, she moved from the dining ha to her room using a waker whie a CNA foowed with a wheechair in case she became weak or fatigued. When she arrived back at her room and went to sit down, she fe to the ground and broke her other hip and her pevis. Our jury wi decide whether the CNA was negigent in not having the wheechair ready or if the patient tripped and fe independenty of returning from the dining ha.
