Delegates should note that there will be two AS meeting held. The first meeting commencing at 10.30am will be the AS Council meeting. The second meeting will be the AS General Council meeting to elect the council officers Delegates are informed that these AS Council meetings will be held concurrently with the Membership & Leadership Development Council meetings. The agendas for the AS and M&LD meetings reflect the time allocated for each Council s elections to allow for the movement of Delegates/Proxies if required to vote at both Council elections. Clubs should ensure that their ASC Delegate is aware of this meeting and will attend. Should the club s delegate not be able to attend, then the club committee should inform the club s delegate proxy of the requirement to attend this meeting. A Proxy form is attached and can be lodged with Life Saving Victoria prior to the meeting or with the Meeting Chair immediately prior to the advertised commencement time of the meeting.
