Smith; Richard M. Weisner; Norman R. Tait; Jean R. Tait; John G. Conway; Marie R. Conway; Diana Torres-Lugo; the estate of Pedro E. Conesa; Norman Lutwak; Joan Lutwak; Gordon E. Duek; Carol Duek; John E. Anstee; Marion Anstee; Oscar Quintero; Julia Quintero; Q.G. Vitorino; Maria Pestana Vitorino; the estate of Anton Tusek; Adriana Tusek; Marisa Tusek; Mascioli Tusek; Antonio Tusek; Campoboso Armando Tamma; Maria Piedad Urate; Martino Carlos Vitolo; Giestal Antonio Silva; Arnold Weiss; Vera G. Weiss; Lima Francisco Rivera; Brian N. Upright; Luke Brooker, Clerk of Court for Highlands County; Sharon Robertson, Clerk of Court for Okeechobee County, and others, known or

2 unknown, or with intent to obtain property from one or more of these same persons or entities by false or fraudulent pretenses, representations or promises, or willful misrepresentations of a future act, with the intent to obtain property thereby, to-wit: real property or services with an aggregated value of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) or more, in violation of Sections (3) and (4)(a)1, Florida Statutes. 3 COUNT 5 COUNT 6 undersigned Designated Assistant Statewide Prosecutor, under oath, CHARGES that on or about July 21, COUNT 7 undersigned Designated Assistant Statewide Prosecutor, under oath, CHARGES that on or about August 6, 2004, in the Tenth and Seventeenth Judicial Circuits of Florida to wit: Highlands and Broward Counties, Florida, SONIA LEVETTE HALL, a Notary Public as defined in section , Florida Statutes, and knowing that an instrument would be filed in Highlands County, Florida, did falsely or fraudulently take an acknowledgment of an instrument as a Notary Public, or falsely or fraudulently make a certificate as a Notary Public, or falsely or fraudulently receive an acknowledgment of the signature on a written instrument as a Notary Public, in violation of Florida Statutes , a crime involving or resulting in fraud or deceit upon a person, for the purposes of section 16.56(1)(A)6, Florida Statutes. 3
