2 IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA: COUNT 1: GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE oath, charges that beginning on or about January 20, 2005, continuing through and including April 6, 2005, in the Seventeenth and Twentieth Circuits of Florida, to wit: Broward and Lee to obtain or use the property of another, to wit: CHRISTYAN ZAMBRANO, with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive CHRISTYAN ZAMBRANO of a right to his/her property, to wit: a 2002 SILVER/RED HONDA MOTORCYCLE, VIN (REDACTED), valued at Five Thousand Dollars or more but less than Ten Thousand Dollars, or a benefit therefrom, or to appropriate the property to CRAIG F. SHAW S own use or to the use of a person not entitled thereto, in violation of Florida Statute (2)(c)6. COUNT 2: GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE oath, charges that beginning on or about March 21, 2005, continuing through and including April 6, 2005, in the Seventeenth and Twentieth Circuits of Florida, to wit: Broward and Lee to obtain or use the property of another, to wit: NATHALIA TEIXEIRA, with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive NATHALIA TEIXEIRA of a right to his/her property, to wit: a 2001 BLUE/RED SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE, VIN (REDACTED), valued at Five Thousand Dollars or more but less than Ten Thousand Dollars, or a benefit therefrom, or to appropriate the property to CRAIG F. SHAW S own use or to the use of a person not entitled thereto, in violation of Florida Statute (2)(c)6. COUNT 3: GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE oath, charges that beginning on or about February 10, 2005, continuing through and including April 6, 2005, in the Seventeenth and Twentieth Circuits of Florida, to wit: Broward and Lee to obtain or use the property of another, to wit: MARIA FONSECA, with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive MARIA FONSECA of a right to his/her property, to wit: a 2003 BLUE YAMAHA MOTORCYCLE, VIN (REDACTED), valued at Five Thousand Dollars or more but less than Ten Thousand Dollars, or a benefit therefrom, or to appropriate the property to CRAIG F. SHAW S own use or to the use of a person not entitled thereto, in violation of Florida Statute (2)(c)6.

3 COUNT 4: GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE oath, charges that beginning on or about March 8, 2005, continuing through and including April 6, 2005, in the Seventeenth and Twentieth Circuits of Florida, to wit: Broward and Lee to obtain or use the property of another, to wit: GARY BECK JR., with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive GARY BECK JR of a right to his/her property, to wit: a 2001 RED/SILVER SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE, VIN (REDACTED), valued at Five Thousand Dollars or more but less than Ten Thousand Dollars, or a benefit therefrom, or to appropriate the property to CRAIG F. SHAW S own use or to the use of a person not entitled thereto, in violation of Florida Statute (2)(c)6. COUNT 5: GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE oath, charges that beginning on or about April 3, 2005, continuing through and including April 6, 2005, in the Seventeenth and Twentieth Circuits of Florida, to wit: Broward and Lee Counties, Florida, the Defendant, CRAIG F. SHAW did knowingly obtain and use, or endeavor to obtain or use the property of another, to wit: NATHALIE JOSEPH., with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive NATHALIE JOSEPH of a right to his/her property, to wit: a 2001 SILVER HONDA MOTORCYCLE, VIN (REDACTED), valued at Five Thousand Dollars or more but less than Ten Thousand Dollars, or a benefit therefrom, or to appropriate the property to CRAIG F. SHAW S own use or to the use of a person not entitled thereto, in violation of Florida Statute (2)(c)6. COUNT 6: GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE oath, charges that beginning on or about March 12, 2005, continuing through and including April 6, 2005, in the Seventh and Twentieth Circuits of Florida, to wit: Volusia and Lee Counties, Florida, the Defendant, CRAIG F. SHAW did knowingly obtain and use, or endeavor to obtain or use the property of another, to wit: ANTHONY L. NEALY, with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive ANTHONY L. NEALY of a right to his/her property, to wit: a 2003 SILVER SUZUKI MOTORCYCLE, VIN (REDACTED), valued at Five Thousand Dollars or more but less than Ten Thousand Dollars, or a benefit therefrom, or to appropriate the property to CRAIG F. SHAW S own use or to the use of a person not entitled thereto, in violation of Florida Statute (2)(c)6.

4 COUNT 7: GRAND THEFT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE oath, charges that beginning on or about March 27, 2005, continuing through and including April 6, 2005, in the Twentieth Circuit of Florida, to wit: Lee County, Florida, the Defendant, CRAIG F. SHAW did knowingly obtain and use, or endeavor to obtain or use the property of another, to wit: CHRISTIAN CORRALES, with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive CHRISTIAN CORRALES of a right to his/her property, to wit: a 2005 BLACK YAMAHA MOTORCYCLE, VIN (REDACTED), valued at Five Thousand Dollars or more but less than Ten Thousand Dollars, or a benefit therefrom, or to appropriate the property to CRAIG F. SHAW S own use or to the use of a person not entitled thereto, in violation of Florida Statute (2)(c)6. COUNT 8: GRAND THEFT oath, charges that beginning on or about October 3, 2003, continuing through and including April 6, 2005, in the Twentieth Circuit of Florida, to wit: Lee County, Florida, the Defendant, CRAIG F. SHAW did knowingly obtain and use, or endeavor to obtain or use the property of another, to wit: GEORGE BROWN, with intent to temporarily or permanently deprive GEORGE BROWN of a right to his/her property, to wit: a 2003 WHITE UTILITY TRAILER, VIN (REDACTED), valued at Three Hundred Dollars or more but less than Five Thousand Dollars, or a benefit therefrom, or to appropriate the property to CRAIG F. SHAW S own use or to the use of a person not entitled thereto, in violation of Florida Statute (2)(c)1. COUNT 9: OPERATING A CHOP SHOP oath, charges that beginning on or about January 20, 2005, continuing through and including April 6, 2005, 2005 in the Twentieth Circuit of Florida, to wit: Lee County, Florida, the Defendant, CRAIG F. SHAW did unlawfully and knowingly operate a chop shop in violation of Florida Statute (2). AND all of said offenses being against the peace and dignity of the State of Florida.
