4 This is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), Office of Water Quality, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas at telephone number (501) , proposes a draft renewal of the permit number AR for which an application was received on June 2, 2015, with additional information received on June 12, 2015, for the following applicant under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act. Applicant: El Dorado Public Schools Old Union School, 6049 Moro Bay Highway, El Dorado, AR Location: approximately 5.75 miles east of the intersection of Old Smackover Hwy. and Moro Bay Hwy.; Latitude: N; Longitude: W in Union County, Arkansas. The discharge of treated sanitary and cafeteria wastewater is into an unnamed tributary of Mill Creek, thence to Mill Creek, thence to the Ouachita River in Segment 2D of the Ouachita River Basin.
