Section of Article of Chapter 2 of 7 Title 2 of the Yolo County Code is hereby amended to read as 8 follows: 9 Sec Membership: Terms: Vacancies. 10 The terms of rotating members shall be four (4) years and shall commence on February 1 and end on January 31. A vacancy.on the Library Advisory Board shall exist upon the death, resignation, or termination of residence within the city or unincorporated area of the supervisorial district from which appointed. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term by the appointing authority. Each member shall serve until the appointment and qualification of his successor; provided, however, no member shall serve more than two (2) consecutive terms. A one year term shall not be counted as one of the two (2) consecutive terms. SECTON 2. Persons heretofore appointed to terms commencing on February 1, 74, shall serve a four-year term.
