After recording its findings with brief reasons for disagreement, the Disciplinary Authority imposed tentative punishment withholding 3% of his pension for a period of one year and period of suspension may be treated as such vide Order No MSME., dated the 3rd August In response to the proposed punishment delinquent officer submitted his explanation on the 9th August 2017; And whereas, the Odisha Public Service Commission has been consulted on the tentative decision of the Government vide Letter No MSME., dated the 1st September 2017 and the Odisha Public Service Commission have been pleased to concur in the tentative punishment to impose against the delinquent officer vide their Letter No PSC., dated the 6th November Now, after careful consideration of the charges and explanations of the delinquent officer, findings of Inquiring Officer and recommendation of Odisha Public Service Commission, Government have been pleased to impose punishment of withholding 3% of his pension for a period of one year and period of suspension may be treated as such on Shri Niranjan Moharana, (Retd.) Whereas, the State Government have issued instructions to regulate the manner of payment of compensation to the small depositors from the Corpus Fund Management Guidelines in Para. 7(f) of Finance Department Notification No F., dated the 23rd December 2016; And whereas, considering the felt need and in order to ease payment of the compensation to the small depositors, the State Government have decided to modify Para. 7(f) of the said Notification. Accordingly, the Para. 7(f) of the said Notification hereinafter may be read as follows : The Drawing & Disbursing Officer of the Finance Department, after approval of the Government on recommendation of the Committee shall release the amount from the Corpus Fund to respective Collectors for disbursement of the same to the small depositors. No subscription for any particular part of the Odisha Gazette/Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette exclusively will be entertained. (A) The revised annual subscription of the entire Odisha Gazette (all parts) including Extraordinary issues of the Odisha Gazette has been fixed at Rs. 1, without postage and Rs. 2, from the 1st June 2002 with postage. (B) The revised rates per issue of all the parts of the Odisha Gazette is fixed at Rs The Odisha Gazette will not be available for sale partwise. (C) The cost of the Extraordinary issues of the Odisha Gazette has been revised to Rs without postage per page and the postal charges will be added according to the weight, if ordered for by post. Sealed tender in plain paper addressed to the Divisional Forest Officer, Rourkela Kendu Leaf Division, Rourkela are invited to reach the office of the undersigned by A.M. of 10th January 2018 at latest for the sale of Govt. Jeep No. OR-02B-8464 kept at Divisional Forest Office Campus at Panposh : 1. The intending tenderers may inspect the above Govt. Jeep kept as noted above on any working day during office hour before tender date and time. 2. The intending tenderers are required to deposit Rs.1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) in shape of Bank draft or call deposit in favour of D.F.O. (KL), Rourkela Division payable at SBI, Uditnagar, along with the sealed Tender. The earnest money of the successful tender will be adjusted towards sale value of the Govt. Jeep and EMD, of unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after finalisation of the tender. 3. The sealed cover will be opened on the 10th January 2018 at A.M. in presence of tenderer or their authorised agent. The highest Tenderer of condemned Govt. Jeep shall have to deposit 25 % of the tender amount in cash on the spot immediately after the tender is over. The remaining amount shall be deposited within seven days from the date of intimation after confirmation of the tenders by competent. authority failing which all deposit (including earnest money) will be forfeited to Govt. and the tender accepted will be cancelled & action as deemed proper will be taken. 4. The successful tender shall have to remove the Govt. Jeep from the site within fifteen days from the payment of the full sale value failing which ground rent 1% of the Tender value per day or the part of the day will be charged till the removal of the vehicle from the site. Where ground rent so charged exceeds the Tender value, the tenderer shall cease to have any right on the vehicle and the amount deposited by him shall be forfeited to Govt. and vehicle shall be become the absolutely property of Govt. free from all encumbrances and disposed of by fresh Auction sale /Sealed Tender as the case may be tool & implements & spare parts shall not be delivered with the vehicle. 5. ln case of non-availability of RC Book, the burden of issuance of duplicate RC Book lies on successful tender. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
