1 Affordable Housing Advisory Committee For the remainder of the two year term expiring March 31, 2020 Chair ONE OPENING Elector does not have to reside within the council member s district. One representative from at least six of the following categories: i. Citizen who is actively engaged in the residential home building industry in connection with affordable housing; ii. A citizen who is actively engaged in the banking or mortgage banking industry in connection with affordable housing; iii. A citizen who is a representative of those areas of labor actively engaged in home building in connection with affordable housing; iv. A citizen who is actively engaged as an advocate for low-income persons in connection with affordable housing; v. A citizen who is actively engaged as a forprofit provider of affordable housing; vi. A citizen who is actively engaged as a not-forprofit provider of affordable housing; vii. A citizen who is actively engaged as a real estate professional in connection with affordable housing; viii. A citizen who actively serves on the local planning agency pursuant to Section , Florida Statutes; ix. A citizen who resides within the unincorporated areas of the county; x. A citizen who represents employers within the county; or xi. A citizen who represents essential service personnel, as defined in the local housing assistance plans.

Criteria: board shall consist of nine members, and include, whenever possible, 1 a licensed veterinarian; 2 a humane society representative; 3 a cat owner; 4 a member of a kennel club; 5 a hunter; 6 a county citizen from an unincorporated area; 7 an owner of livestock; 8 a county citizen from an unincorporated agricultural area; 9 a county citizen from any unincorporated area with an expressed interest in animal issues.

Board members may be professionals from (1) the disciplines of architecture, history, architectural history, archaeology, anthropology, cultural geography, planning or other related disciplines, or (2) citizens who have demonstrated special interest, experience or knowledge in history, archaeology, architecture or related disciplines. Housing Finance Authority expires October 15, 2019 ONE NEW COMMENCES IN OCTOBER Not less than a majority shall have knowledge in labor, finance or commerce.
