( MetroPCS ) hereby respectfully moves the court to withdraw as an Intervenor on behalf of the Respondants in this proceeding. On May 1, 2013, MetroPCS combined with T-Mobile USA, Inc. ( T- Mobile ) to create T-Mobile US, Inc. 1 As the record reflects, T-Mobile also is an Intervenor in this proceeding. Due to the combination of the two companies, the interests of MetroPCS and T-Mobile are now entirely co-incident, and T-Mobile will represent the interests of the combined entity in this proceeding going forward. Accordingly, MetroPCS respectfully requests leave to withdraw as an Intervenor in this proceeding. As T-Mobile will continue to represent the interests of the combined company, no party will be prejudiced by MetroPCS withdrawal. 1 A supplemental corporate disclosure statement is in the process of being filed by T-Mobile in this docket to reflect the current ownership following the combination with MetroPCS. { ;v2} 1
