President Obama: The Iron Fist of Accountability Will Be Triggered Swiftly Credible or More of the Same? and Secretary of State Clinton: Sending Mixed Messages or What? Just because the Canadian lawyer and Obama White House, Pentagon and CIA are technically adverse in interest in both a civil and criminal sense, that doesn t mean diplomacy on the larger scale issue of Chinada the Threat comes to a grinding halt. That much was clear when the President stepped into the East-West corridor on March 18, 2011 and told the thousands of partners who ve been working with resolute tenacity over the years to contain China and fix Canada his administration will achieve stated goals. It s always been good political and corporate strategy to get out in front of a growing scandal. It demonstrates a maturity in leadership and can be used to deliver a kind of mea culpa that could stave off a worst case scenario. On Friday, March 18 th, at the end of a week that couldn t be more potentially disastrous for him and America s global reputation, the U.S. leader and arguably one of the most influential members of the coalition leadership walked into a room filled with the Washington press core and international media knowing some were furious they d been played like a Stradivarius for some seven years to secretly advance the MK-Ultra program. He wasted no time in drawing to their attention he is still firmly committed to advancing stated partnership objectives: contain China s unlawful expansion, successfully address Canada s dysfunctionalities that cater to it and ensure the verifiable surrender and decommission of stealth cognition technologies. He drew on two lexiconic constituents to do so. The first reached back in time to a period right after the Bush administration had punted the Canadian s asylum application, forcing his return to his experimentation laboratory torture environment of a residence where he began the Fiefdom treatise research project. During the first month of research a chapter was authored that became the inspiration for naming an October 1, 2005

offensive in the Iraq theatre of war that spelled a change in engagement methodology from back-channel informal to formal. Operation Iron Fist Globalsecurity.org October 1, 2005 Read article On October 1, 2005 a force consisting of approximately 1,000 Marines, Soldiers and Sailors from Regimental Combat Team-2 launched Operation Iron Fist, or Kabda Bil Hadid in Arabic. The goal of the operation was to disrupt the insurgent activity based out of Sadah, a town in the al Anbar province located 12 km. from the Syrian border. The Iron Fist offensive is part of a larger operation to deny insurgents the ability to operate out of the Euphrates River Valley called Operation Hunter, or Sayaid. That March 04 chapter is entitled The Iron Fist of Article 7 in the Last Democratic Fiefdom. 1 The second Obama geo-reference during his speech was to the coalition s most powerful private sector member of the global community of democracy, rule of law and human rights community, two-time Partner of the Year Taylor Swift, to (i) red flag as relevant the Iron Fist issue and (ii) use it as a verb to articulate the time frame for taking action after years of what appeared before MK-Ultra Gate to be typical international dynamics diplomacy evolving like watching molasses dripping on a cold day. View video The President s used the Iron Fist reference twice before; once the annual White House Correspondence Dinner in front of the entire Washington press 1 There are 740 references to Iron Fist in Fiefdom treatise chapters and archive entries.

core, the movers and shakers of American media and a plethora of coalition partners from Hollywood, on May 9, In the next hundred days I will meet with a leader who rules over millions with an iron fist who owns the airwaves and uses his power to crush all who would challenge his authority of the ballot box. It's good to see you Mayor Bloomberg. In the next hundred days we will house train our dog Bo. He did so again on June 23, 2009 during a press briefing: President: In 2009 no iron fist is strong enough to shut off the world from bearing witness to the peaceful protests of justice. [ ] Question: President: Thank-you Mr. President. [Obama M.] Following up on Major's question, some Republicans on Capitol Hill, John McCain and Lindsay Graham for example, have said that up to this point your response on Iran has been timid and weak. Today it sounded a lot stronger. It sounded like the speech John McCain has been urging you to give; saying that those who stand up for justice are always on the right side of history - referring to an 'iron fist' in Iran - deplored, appalled, outraged. Were you influenced at all by John McCain and Lindsay Graham accusing you of being timid and weak? What do you think? The accountability dimension to the Iron Fist reference was articulated by the Vice-President on February 14, 2010, during a time when what existed at Canada s political and corporate core, a bizarre fascination with the occult to justify nefarious policies and practices, was sizzling on the geo-political front burner. 2 Appendix MK-Ultra Gate 3

Last point Bob. We have significantly, with the help of some people like Lindsay Graham and others in the United States Senate -- we have [9:36: Cl.M.] beefed up these military courts so they can pass constitutional scrutiny; so that if we have to have a trial in one of those courts it will pass the test of our constitutional requirements. The day after the President s speech, Secretary of State Clinton was observed in Paris attending a NATO Summit on the Libyan crisis shaking hands with Canada s internationally reviled Prime Minister. What is to be made of this? At minimum and until there s more evidence it certainly generates mixed messages given what the Vice-President said 24 hours earlier. Was she parading him in front of the cameras to say look everyone I m going to meet with him and read him his rights. Not likely since her body language is cordial; where her host the French President clearly appears uncomfortable. Then came the geo-bombshell hours later from Brazilian President Rousseff, who blindsided the U.S. leader with the same kind of coalition-internal accountability as President Sarkozy effected on March 14th in the company of Secretary of State Clinton. These two monumental world leader

embarrassments and Jim Cramer s Caesar assassination analogy on March 17th (and more the following day) precipitated a milieu that favored a full blown public MK-Ultra Gate. Secretary Clinton is no stranger to controversy that has profound professional and political implications. First she had to bear the humiliation of a cheating husband who then lied his way to possible impeachment and then successful legal profession disbarment. And concomitant with that anxiety and stress was the Whitewater land deal controversy. That afternoon the French President, who s Sarkozy M. has been employed no less than 67 times since January 2009, gave a short press conference where he delivered a prepared speech. Unlike before when every time he was in front of world cameras that were sure to reach the diplomatic corridor, he didn t employ the lexicon aggressively, which was his proven style. Instead we observe a respected world leader who s powerlessly witnessing his own political demise. When the Paris NATO Summit on Libya concludes the group photo is taken. These club pictures in the past have been used for geo-purposes; namely to marginalize Canada s leadership. We see Chancellor Merkel positioned in the front row and immediately behind her is (believed until recently to be) Canada s constitutionally and internationally delegitimized Prime Minister. She s attired in a stand-out manner in the lexiconic color of condemnation and effecting a Blair M. that cannot but add fuel to the MK-Ultra Gate fire in terms of following the lead of Presidents Sarkozy and Rousseff.

When assessing the import of past marginalization initiatives in terms of the coalition s trepidations about the Chinada threat and tenacious resolve to achieve stated objectives and diplomacy s efficacy, plus having a full appreciation of everything done using embarrassment and humiliation in the back-channel environment, we see this from Canada s political leader acting as if he s oblivious to what s been going on around him since being elected in January 2006; gleeful he s in the company of world leaders.

Either the answer to his ear-to-ear grinning joy is being in profound clinical denial or he s known all along there s never been anything to worry about in terms of holding him, his government and all the other Article 7 violators to account as the Bush and Obama administrations had given the nod in the back rooms of international relations to go ahead and pursue further MK- Ultra advances. One of PM Harper s Ministers certainly felt there was nothing to fear as is documented in The Chinada High Command s Ralph Goodale Describes the Coalition and ICC as Notoriously Unreliable Invincible, insulated and immune was the core sentiment when one of Canada s Liberal ministers took advantage of being in the diplomatic back-channel s electronic room to deride the coalition for what appears to the malfeasant as indecisiveness and weakness in challenging the Chinada threat. The Fiefdom treatise and diplomatic record documents nothing but arrogant belligerence emanating from the Ottawa-Toronto-Montreal triangle of power and wealth since The absolute power and culture of entitlement generating belief they re incapable of being held to account domestically and internationally is what in part motivated them to brag about engaging in a crime against humanity in the R&D, deployment and proliferation of stealth cognition technologies. They re so convinced the coalition is incompetent and impotent and the ICC review will fail they put that opinion on the record when the opportunity arose. On October 18th the Canadian lawyer was watching Deputy Leader of the Liberal Party and lawyer Ralph Goodale live during a press conference. His résumé puts him at the core of domestic authoritarianism, Chinese joint hegemony, and the MK-Ultra program by virtue of being in the federal cabinet of Prime Minister Jean Chrétien since 1993 and holding the critical posts of Minister of Natural Resources from June 11, 1997 to January 14, 2002 (i.e., control and management of Alberta oil and the rest of the country's vast wealth) and Minister of Finance from December 12, 2003 until February 6, Signaled being in the East-West Corridor of Diplomacy he employed the lexicon a Clooney M. to red flag the phrase notoriously unreliable to articulate what the Chinada High Command thinks of its adversary and the institutions of international justice.

Indicative of the malfeasants pervasive and unshakable arrogance is the fact he was specifically identified in an International Criminal Court submission as being complicit in stealth cognition technology issues. Therefore, what he said adds to the justification for holding him to full account for his egregious conduct. Fallacious is the argument that the coalition is incapable of delivering fundamental reform and full accountability for all the violations of domestic and international law to halt MK-Ultra deployment and proliferation and allow China s leadership to violate Canada s sovereignty and embezzle trillions of dollars to fund its global expansionistic ambitions. He and his ilk mistake the delay in becoming more aggressive for ineptitude when the truth is the partnership has been incrementally preparing for the day when regime change is effected and justice is served. Having learned from the Iraq invasion s early failures where the tyrant Saddam Hussein was militarily removed without ensuring a replacement was in the wings ready to resume office, the coalition has been working tirelessly since 2006 to guarantee a smooth and swift transition of power in Canada from the China loyal old guard to a whole new paradigm of governance. As they ve been building a global coalition of democracy, rule of law and human rights advocates as one defense against Chinada s Soviet-style threat, the CIA and Pentagon have been collecting prosecution relevant intel on hundreds of thousands of malfeasant parties and mapping out the entire structure of institutions, people, relationship networks and chains of command within government, the military, security apparatus, law enforcement and the private sector so the purge is conducted effectively and accountability is guaranteed. Additionally, there have been time-consuming negotiations and executions of necessary China-challenging multilateral agreements to share responsibilities

and resources. And the coalition leadership and partners have been selectively expanding the information loop so that when the world discovers what Canada really is a militarized totalitarian regime helping China advance and finance its expansionistic foreign policy employing MK-Ultra market participants, financial institutions, multinationals and the investing uber-wealthy won t scramble for the exits. Five years ago if the Chinada threat was sprung on the entire world stock markets would immediately crash on the news, currency exchanges would become highly volatile and values plunge and globalization would come to a screeching halt sending dozens upon dozens of national economies into recessionary tailspins.. What has been done to date is risk management at its most prudent, enlightened and comprehensive. All the predicted adverse consequences of demonizing China and Canada America s two largest trading partners has been avoided by informing everyone who has a stake in a stable, peaceful, secure and prosperous 21st century. All Mr. Goodale did was poured jet fuel on a multi-year global firestorm of condemnation and protest, giving the coalition and ICC more justification to continue full steam ahead. Panama s Manuel Noriega, Iraq s Saddam Hussein, Serbia s Slobodan Milošević and Radovan Karadžić and Libera s Charles Taylor are all examples that contradict his premise that the international community is inept.
