Analyzing the prospects for the creation of a European Public Prosecutor s Office including the layout of the EPPO and the links between the central and national levels, in light of the subsidiarity principle. Providing students with a quick overview of the fight against money laundering in the EU. General knowledge and understanding of the fight against corruption in the EU. Understanding of the main challenges arising from the implementation of this legal framework. General knowledge of judicial cooperation at the EU level.
