2 About Author Agustino, Leo, is a lecturer at the State Administration Science Program, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta), Serang, Banten, completed a Bachelor degree in Public Administration from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung, in 1999, Politics at the University of Indonesia (2003), and now PhD candidate in Political Science, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. In addition to teaching, he also actively conducts research or appear as speakers in various seminars. His various works, among others, about regional expansion are published in the Journal of Public Policy and Administration (2009); "Central and local country" in the journal Basis (2007); and regional head elections in CSIS Analysis (2002, 2005). Writing a number of books including Indonesia Post-New Order Politics: The Rise of Local Politics (2010) and Politics & Change: Between Political Reform in Indonesia and New Politics in Malaysia (2009). Faedlulloh, Dodi, from Public Administration Science, Faculty of Social and Political Science, 17 August 1945 Jakarta University with expertise in public policy analysis, citizen participation, and community development. He has done several research in those topics and issues some publication. Fahrul, Sayed, is a students graduated from Political Science Department of Padjadjaran University and have completed their master's study on 11 August 2017 with a very satisfying predicate. He has an interest in issues surrounding local politics and electoral governance. 3 patronage in the recruitment of independent electoral commissioners in the period Hidayat, Rahmad, is a lecturer in the study program of state administration science, STISIP Mbojo Bima. He completed his master's degree majoring in Democracy and Human Rights at the Department of Politics and Government of Gadjah Mada University. His thesis entitled Volunteerism versus Professionalism in NGO Management. He is also a researcher at the Research Center for Human Rights and Democracy (ReCeHeRa). Some of his scientific journals include Depoliticisation of Public Issue: Low Degree of Government's Democratic Legitimacy (2016) and Potential Infringement of Private Property Rights in the Construction of Public Facilities (Case of International Airport Development Kulonprogo) (2017). Nugroho, Hanantyo Sri, is a lecturer in Government Studies Program, Faculty of Economics and Social, AMIKOM Yogyakarta University. Nugroho completed his master's degree in Gadjah Mada University's political and government department with a thesis entitled "Government Authority Study on Water Supply through Public-Private Partnership (Study of Regional Government Cooperation of Semarang Regency and PT Sarana Tirta Ungaran)". His several scientific journals are Building Consensus and Managing Conflict Public-Private Partnership in Water Supply (2017), and Reasoning for Strengthening Participation in Policy-Making in the Era of Digital Governance (2018). Sirait, Budi Chrismanto, is a lecturer in Political Science Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Kristen Indonesia. Budi completed his master degree at UGM Political and Governmental Department with concentration local politic and regional autonomy. His thesis titled are "GOLPUT: Rational Voter Behavior (Case Study: North Sumatera Head Election Year 2013 in West Medan Sub-district). Toni, Hendrawan, is a graduate student of government politics of gadjah mada university. He has an interest in issues surrounding human rights and democracy. He is a recipients on PWD power welfare democracy masters scholarship Polgov Gadjah Mada University by thesis tittle is on Labor's Voting Behavior in Presidential Election 2014: Case Study on Labor in Semarang Municipality. 5 AUTHOR GUIDLINES 1. Manuscripts written for JOG include research outcomes, field research or literary research and articles reflecting social, politics and government phenomena. 2. Manuscript is written in Indonesia or English. The writing system for research outcome is title, name of the writer, abstract with key words, Introduction, methods, Result and discussion, conclusion, and reference. 3. Manuscript is typed using Microsoft Word program on HVS Kuarto paper around words, Cambria size 12 pts and 1 space. 4. Manuscript is to be submitted directly to the jog@untirta.ac.id or by creating user account as an author in 5. Title of the article in Indonesian cannot exceed 15 words. Title of the article in English cannot exceed 12 words. The title is typed with a centered capital letter in 14 pts. 6. The name of the author is written without any academic degree, followed by the name of author s institution, located under the title of the article. In case manuscript written by the team, the editor is only in contact with the main author or the first mentioned author. The main author must include his/her correspondence address or The abstract and keywords must be written in two languages (in Bahasa Indonesia and English). The length of each abstract is around words, while the limit of key words is 3-5 words. The abstract, at the least, must contain the aim, method, and result of the research. 8. Tables and figures must have titles and have a clear number and sources, and be typed in single space. In case of pictures or figures, it is better to attach the white-black format. 9. The list of references only contains referred sources, and all referred sources must be mentioned on the list. Reference sources consist of, at the least, 80% printed literature published in the last 10 years. The reference sources in the form of research articles in a journal or in a research report (including undergraduate theses, master theses, dissertations, books, and other relevant publications). 10. All reference mentioned should be written down in reference using American Psychological Association (APA) style and arranged from A to Z. for example (Zizek, 2010) 11. Check each referred article for accuracy and make sure every quoted work in the article is written in Bibliography and References.
