1 ` CLAIM DOCKET The Clerk shall prepare a Claim Docket for each calendar, and the Court will continue the call of such docket for the trial of claims on the fourth Monday of each term, and continue such call from day to day until concluded. Litigated matters will not be heard on the call of such claims docket, but will be set down for hearings. Claims appearing on the call of the claims calendar, will be set for trial, continued or dismissed.
