DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMTTED N THE SEALED TENDER:- a) Demand Draft of Rs.5,000/- from any Nationalised Bank towards EMD. b) Copy of VAT Registration Certificate. c) Copy of latest VAT Clearance Certificate. d) Copy of PAN Card. e) Copy of.t. Clearance Certificate for the Assessment Year f) Copy of Manufacturer's Authorisation Certificate (in case the Bidder is not an OEM). g) Price Quotation. h) Statement giving details about the type and size of the organisation alongwith previous experience of similar work of comparable nature. Bids not conforming to the above mentioned requirements are liable to be rejected.

3 .. t EMD of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) only in shape of Demand Draft from any Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of 'The RegistrarCJudicial), Orissa High Court, Cuttack' payable at Cuttack, must be submitted alongwith the price quotation. 2. The biclcler should write the organisation name at the back side of the DD. 3. Bids without EMD will be rejected. No exemption from submission of EMD is allowed. 4. The EMD of the successful bidder is liable to be forfeited if the tenderer revokes any terms of the tender within the validity period. 5. EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after placil:g of work order to the successful bidder.. 6. EMD of the successful bidder will be returned after submission of Performance Security in the form of Bank Guarantee. 7. EMD shall not carry any interest. PERFORMANCE EARNEST MONEY DEPOST (EMD):- SECURTY:- 1. The successful bidder should furnish Performance Security in the form of Bank Guarantee from a Nationalised Bank for an of the order value addressed to "The Registrar (Judicial), Orissa High Court, Cuttack" which is to be submitted at the time of successful commissioning of the Wireless ntercom System at Orissa High Court, Cuttack. 2. The Bank Guarantee should be valid for the Guarantee Period of the Wireless ntercom System from the date of successful commissioning of the same at Orissa High Court, Cuttack. 3. No interest will be payable on the Bank Guarantee deposited by the successful bidder.. TENDER RATES & VALDTY OF THE TENDER:- 1. Tenderers should quote the rates and amount tendered by him both in figures as well as in words. n case of conflict, between words and figures, the lower amount will only be considered as correct. 2. Price Escalation:- The rates quoted shall be deemed to be free from escalation of any kind. Orissa High Court shall not accept for any reason, whatsoever, price and tax escalations or any other item in respect of any material and or any category of labour during the whole period of operation of contract. The rates accepted by the contract agreement shall not be changed for any reason. 3. The tenderer should submit a statement alongwith his tender giving details of the tenderer's previous experience of similar works of comparable nature. 4. The rate quoted by the tenderer shall include all cost of laboun materials, supervision thereof, hire for all tools and implements, incidental charges, and cover the insurance, taxes, duties, delivery, loading and unloading at the site, ete. 5. The tender shall remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of opening of the tender. 6. The tenderer shall sign at the bottom of each page of the tender documents.

4 ' SPECFCATON:- The Wireless ntercom System should have the capacity of a minimum of 200 connections and should be extendable upto 500 connections or more. TERMS OF PAYMENT:- Pull payment of the works will be made immediately after satisfactory completion of work. COMPLETON TME:- The work covered by the successful tenderer shall be commenced and executed in accordance with the schedule within 15 days from the date of award of work. GUARANTEE:- The successful tenderer shall guarantee that all equipments and installation shall be free from any defect and the equipment shall operate satisfactorily and that the performance and efficiency of the equipment shall not be less than the guaranteed values. The guarantee shall be valid for a period of 3 years from the date of installation. Any part found defective during the guarantee period shall be replaced by the successful tenderer free of cost. CANCELLATON OF CONTRACT:- n case of the failure of the successful tenderer to keep up to the executing and delivery schedules and if in spite of a written notice given to him by the Authority he fans to improve his rate of performance of work within a reasonable period (one week) thereafter, the Authority can terminate the contract immediately without any legal notice 'and thereafter the Authority shall have every right to get the work completed through other agency/agencies at the risk and cost of the successful tenderer. further any loss or extra cost in this regard will be deducted from the amount due to the successful tenderer. SCOPE OF WORK:- Orissa High Court consists of New Building and Old Building located within a single compound. The Court Halls and Official Chambers of Hon'ble the Judges arc located in the New Building whereas the Chambers of Officers as well as various Judicial & Administrative Sections of the Court are located in the Old Building. The scope of work would cover the following:- i) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of thewircless ntercom System in the Old Building alongwith necessary connectivity with the existing EPi\BX System of the New Building, so as to enable seamless interconnectivity betweenthe two Buildings of the Court. ii) Providing free of cost on-site preventive and corrective maintenance of the Wireless ntercom System during the Guarantee Period. iii) Deployment of one Technician during office hours on working days to immediately attend any problems/defects that may arise out of the Wireless ntercom System.

5 -4- The tenderers should submit proposals for such devices which shall suit the work requirements of the Court. Lack of information about the Court's requirements shall not be treated as a ground of failure to properly submit the tender or failure to perform the terms of the Contract. The tenderers should visit and inspect the Orissa High Court premises and make themselves aware of the site condition fully before submitting their bids. The tenderers may contact Assistant Registrar(Admn.), Orissa High Court, Cuttack to properly assess the scope of work in case of any doubt before submitting their bids. The tenderers must clearly state the technical specifications of the device(s) proposed to be submitted by them alongwith necessary technical assistance, like allocation of P/LAN required, if any, to the Court. A comparative analysis of models should be submitted in case more than one models are proposed in the tender. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any part of or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. Cuttack.
