Crime Representative Cases R v RF Case involved an attempted murder by juveniles at Hull Crown Court. The Defendant tried to copy the attempted murder scene in the film Scream and the case attracted nationwide publicity. R v SH Crown Court, allegation of murder of step-mother. Defendant had admitted the murder on tape prepared for trial and found not guilty on medical evidence. R v MH Bradford Crown Court, allegation of murder of wife, complex case involving family issues and lots of 1 Park Square

4 witnesses and medical evidence. R v Singh & Others Crown Court, one of the biggest cases in this area involving conspiracies to commit armed robberies in North and West Yorkshire over a three year period. This was a complex case. R v Khan & Others Crown Court, Huddersfield Cash and Carry fraud of half a million pounds where the Cash and Carry was fully stocked and some weeks later all that was left was a few boxes of crisps. The Defendant was found not guilty. R v Jones & Others Crown Court, life insurance policy fraud by clients and insurance brokers. Complex case and client found not guilty. R v SG Crown Court, allegations of rape and attempting to pervert the course of justice. R v H Crown Court, historical rape and indecent assaults involving family members. Very complex allegation. R v DM Kingston Crown Court, allegations of importation of 10kg of drugs from Jamaica, stuffed in yams. R v Khan & Others Bradford Crown Court, sham marriage case involving Slovakians and Pakistani nationals who conspired to obtain Leave to Remain in the UK. Road Traffic Offences Represented regularly at the Magistrates Court and Crown Court regarding the appeals involving exceptional hardship, totting up and saving clients licenses. Taxi Badge Appeals to the Magistrates Court. I have a good relationship with the Taxi Bases and the community within that community. Trading Standard Prosecutions involving the sales of alcohol and cigarettes to under age people and also sale of Motor Cars which are in breach of the regulations. 2 Park Square
