Tropical Cheese Quest for Queso Sweepstakes and Hispanic Kitchen Instagram Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age, except employees of Hispanicize Media Group, LLC ( Sponsor ), Tropical Cheese ( Prize Provider ) and their respective affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the Sweepstakes Entities ), and the immediate families or household members of each. ENTRY PERIOD: Tropical Cheese Quest for Queso and Hispanic Kitchen Instagram Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ), sponsored by Tropical Cheese ( Sponsor ), begins on January 15, 2018, at 12:01a.m. Eastern Time, and ends on March 15, 2018, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the Entry Period ), during which time all Instagram images must occur. Sponsor s computer will be the official time clock for the Sweepstakes. TO ENTER: Complete the following steps: Step 1: If you do not have an Instagram or Twitter account, sign up for your FREE account at or Step 2: Access the Sweepstakes information and details at Step 3: Share your best, personal images (the Image ) on Instagram following the photo theme listed on the Tropical Chees Quest for Queso Sweepstakes web page posted on the Hispanic Kitchen website ( and Instagram ( channel. All Images must be original and owned by the entrant, and the #QuestForQueso #TropicalCheese #QuesoTropical hashtags must be included in the copy that accompanies that image. Copyright Images used without permission of copyright holder will be grounds for disqualification. Images must be shared publicly via Instagram and not from a Private account. Entrants can submit no more than three (3) separate recipes during sweepstakes entry period. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the address associated with the Instagram account of the entry, which the entrant will have the obligation to establish. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for late, incomplete, misdirected, delayed or undelivered entries, including without limitation inability to access Instagram, or entries not timely received due to telephone failures, Internet or website failures and disruptions, and ISP problems. Entries will be disqualified if they are late, incomplete and/or in excess of the stated entry limits. All eligible entries carry an equal chance of winning. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar methods will be void. PHOTO REQUIREMENTS, LICENSE, RESTRICTIONS: (a) Participant acknowledges, agrees, represents and warrants that, nothing in the Images infringes on any copyrights, confidential information, trade secrets or trademarks belonging to any person or entity other than you absent a suitable license, clearance or permission agreement, or violates any person s rights of privacy or publicity and that all necessary releases and permissions have been secured from anyone appearing in an Image or any person or entity with any rights in or to the Image. (b) By sharing the Image, you grant Sponsor, for no additional compensation other than entry into the Sweepstakes, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to publish, make available to the public, reproduce, edit, modify, exploit, make derivative works from or otherwise use the Image through any and all media available at any time during, or after, the Entry Period on any related websites, in any Sweepstakes materials, whether related or un-related to the Sweepstakes, and at any other location, whether physical or online, that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate. You are responsible for securing necessary permissions and licenses for any materials contained in the Images. (c) Images must be taken by Entrant and not contain material that: Contains or depicts someone smoking or intoxicated; Violates or infringes another s rights, including without limitation, privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; Contains material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; Contains any unacceptable clothing or adornments, or displays any commercial/corporate advertising other than that of Sponsor; Contains indecent or unsafe behavior or situations, profanities or obscenities, including but not limited to nudity, or pornography, or is otherwise inappropriate, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, tortuous, slanderous or libelous; References persons or organizations without their written permission; Disparages any persons or organizations; Includes threats to any person, place, business, or group; Is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to all applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations. Does not comply with the terms or conditions or guidelines posted by Instagram. Failure of any Image to comply with the above restrictions as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may result in disqualification of entrant. Without limitation, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entry that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other person or entity, does not comply with these Official Rules or if Sponsor receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. Entries shall not be acknowledged or returned. Images must be suitable for presentation in a public forum, in the sole determination of Sponsor. RANDOM DRAWING/ODDS/NOTIFICATION: On or about March 17, 2018, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Potential winners will be notified in accordance with Section 5 below. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit of one (1) prize per household. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by direct message to their Instagram account they used on the entry submission. Any such direct message and follow up s will instruct the potential winners on how to claim their prize.
